Custom Flashing

Gutter Pros, LLC has the ability to manufacture custom aluminum flashing from the same prefinished material as the gutters. You may not know this, but your house is probably not square, plumb, or level. To get the proper slope on a gutter, we sometimes have to add what is called counter flashing. This flashing tucks under the roof drip edge flashing and directs water into the gutter. Gutter Pros, LLC can also wrap your fascia boards before we install new gutters. You will never have to paint your facia boards again. Then there is the really custom stuff. Many new homes have what are called decorative roof corbels. This is basically a wooden beam that juts out from the wall and "supports" the roof overhang. If these are not covered with flashing to protect them, they will eventually rot. Gutter Pros, LLC can also do large flashing like what is pictured above in green. This flashing was installed to keep rain out of a small alcove area that was experiencing rot due to excessive moisture and poor air flow.
